RESIDENTS:

PLEASE RESPECT THE BARRICADES THAT ARE CLOSING THE ROADWAYS AND DO NOT REMOVE ANY BARRIERS IN PLACE.

 

ADDITIONALLY, BE CERTAIN TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLES REMOVED FROM YOUR RESIDENCE (DRIVEWAY OR GARAGE) NO LATER THAN 7:00AM ON THE DAY OF THE APPLICATION IN YOU AREA!

(THE MANAGEMENT HAS AUTHORIZED TOWING OF ANYONE NOT IN COMPLIANCE)

02-23-2017 - Day 3 (RED) - Application has been delayed due to rain forecast. This area will now be moved to Wednesday, March 1st (in conjunction with "Day 6").

02-22-2017 - Day 2 (Green) - Application has been delayed due to rain forecast. This area will now be moved to Thursday, March 2nd (in conjunction with "Day 7").

 

PLEASE RESPECT ALL BARRIERS AND TEMPORARY TRAFFIC PATERNS AND CLOSURES

 

all vehicles in application areas must be moved by 8:00am on the day of application and may not return for 24 hours or until the area is re-opened by our field supervisor.

NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS:


CONTRACTORS WILL BE APPLYING APPLICATIONS OF SEALER TO ASPHALT AREAS COMMENCING:    (to be determined)
IT WILL BE NECESSARY THAT YOU RELOCATE YOUR VEHICLE PRIOR TO 8:00 AM 


CONTRACTORS WILL BE PLACING TRAFFIC BARRIERS AT WORK AREAS.

UNDER NO CONDITION SHOULD THESE BARRIERS BE REMOVED UNTIL THE CONTRACTOR CONSIDERS THE AREA TO BE PROPERLY CURED.

 

WHILE CONES/BARRICADES ARE IN PLACE YOU MAY NOT DRIVE ON, WALK ON, BIKE ON, OR SKATEBOARD ON TREATED AREAS.

 

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT IF YOU TRACK THIS PRODUCT INTO YOUR HOME OR VEHICLE YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE FLOORING.

WE APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION, AND IN THE EVENT THAT BAD WEATHER OCCURS, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF SCHEDULE CHANGES.

ALL SPRINKLERS MUST BE TURNED OFF 24 HOURS PRIOR TO AND FOR UP TO 24 HOURS AFTER THE ASPHALT HAS BEEN TREATED. IF YOU SHOULD SEE IRRIGATION ON OR ANY OTHER WATER SOURCE THAT MAY HINDER THIS PROJECT, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY.

PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED MAP TO LOCATE THE AREA THAT WILL AFFECT YOU AND BE SURE TO MOVE YOUR VEHICLE.

ALL VEHICLES THAT ARE NOT MOVED BY 8:00 AM MANAGEMENT WILL TOW VEHICLES AT OWNERS EXPENSE.
